How do I return using courier?

For any reason should you wish to return your item(s) using courier, the item(s) must be ensured in the good condition. The packaging should be in original condition and in original shipping container as received. Item(s) that are used or damaged by customer will not be eligible for any refund. DS Electrical Appliances & Services Sdn Bhd will not take rake responsible for any shipment loss during the return transit. Upon checking and confirmation of the item(s), customer will receive the refund within 3 working days.


What if I receive defect item during delivery?

Before delivering to your address, DS HOME will perform thorough inspection of the products to ensure all are brand new unless being mentioned otherwise. When delivered, customers are required to inspect during assembling and placement process. If found any defect, kindly inform our staff on the spot and we proceed for an exchange. The exchange will no longer valid after the delivery is completed.


Can I request for cash refund?

We strictly do not allow any cash refund on defective items, such as damaged or broken items. We also do not allow any cash refund on mismatch item or changing of mind.
