Connected functions require Wi-Fi, a Samsung Account and the SmartThings App. Compatible devices and feature availability may vary.

The brochure advertises 7 years of software upgrades for eligible SmartThings-supported models produced after 2024, subject to Samsung availability and conditions. A Wi-Fi connection, Samsung Account and SmartThings App are required.

Conditional washer and dryer pairing offers

Pairing benefits require the exact participating washer and dryer combination. They are not included with an individual appliance purchase.

Purchase period: 1 October–31 December 2026. Redemption deadline: 15 January 2027.
